This session will cover the causes and treatment options for bedwetting for all children. This training is for professionals that work with children This Bladder & Bowel UK Lunchtime Learning session is fully funded thanks to support from ALTURiX. What will this session cover? This session will cover the causes and treatment options for bedwetting for all children. It will include current research evidence as well as NICE guidance. It will include information about how to improve adherence and treatment outcomes using principles of informed choice. The training will be relevant to all healthcare professionals who work with children and young people in any setting. It will be particularly relevant for those professionals working within children’s bladder and bowel services or enuresis clinics. Objectives: The impact of enuresis on children and their families An understanding of the factors that may impact Treatment options Management of children whose enuresis is refractory to initial treatment Using informed choice to improve treatment adherence and outcomes Who can attend?
