OCN NI Invigilator Training

This training is designed for individuals from recognised OCN NI Centres who have been appointed as examination invigilators for OCN NI This training is helpful for equipping invigilators with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively oversee external assessments, maintain assessment integrity, and uphold regulatory standards. OCN NI Examination Invigilator Training is mandatory for anyone appointed to invigilate external assessments of OCN NI qualifications and/or endorsed courses. The training will cover topics such as: · The definition and purpose of invigilation · Room preparations for external assessment · Pre-, during, and post-external assessment processes · Record keeping and more. This training covers all aspects of the invigilation process, including room setup, candidate verification, time management, and handling irregularities. Registered participants will receive full course materials including comprehensive presentation slides and accompanying handout. Participants will also receive an e-certificate upon successful completion of the training and evaluative surveys. They will also be registered with OCN NI as an approved assessor for their Centre. By the end of this training, participants will be able to invigilate all OCN NI external assessments. **Please note that training is free to attend however we require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to attend training or give appropriate notice of cancellation will result in your centre being invoiced £15 per person.
