One victim from fast moving fire

A 47 year old succumbed to his injuries in a kitchen fire blaze in an apartment building fire in Queens. It happened inside a fourth-floor apartment in a six-story residential building on 88th St. near Roosevelt Ave. in Jackson Heights, Queens.
